Future Medical Care and Community Enrichment Symposium
The “Future Medical Care and Community Enrichment Symposium” was held at the IMY Hall in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture on February 16, 2020. About 110 people participated, including medical, educational, government officials and citizens from other cities of Aichi Prefecture. Lectures were presented by Hidenari Kin, director of the Tomikusa Hekichi Shinryoujyo in Anan Town, Nagano Prefecture; Masahiko Shiba, medical director of the MOA Nagoya Clinic; Mitsutoshi Miura, principal of Iwakura Higashi Elementary School in Iwakura City, Aichi Prefecture; and Katsuhiko Nagaya, deputy director of the Education Department of Iwakura City. At the workshop, meditation and mawaribana flower arranging were introduced by the instructors. In addition, learning of lectures and mutual challenges were shared and warm-hearted discussions and questions and answers were held.
The symposium offered the participants much needed information according to the challenges of their region, and it gave many suggestions for a healthy mind and body community enrichment.
