    Add the dressing just before eating so that you can fully enjoy the various textures such as the crunchy raw vegetables, crunchy wontons and nuts. Feel free to mix well.

  • Fragrant vegetables are an accent; but if you don’t like celery or coriander, you can change it to green onion or radish.
  • Cut the celery into thin slices with a peeler, soak in ice water, and wrap in paper towels to form a ball. It looks cute, so give it a try.

Cooking

  • Cut the carrots and cucumbers into thin strips, and cut the lettuce into strips. Slice the celery lengthwise with a peeler, soak in ice water for about 5 minutes, wrap in kitchen paper and drain. Roughly chop the coriander.
  • Remove the skin of the peanuts, roughly chop them, and roast them in a frying pan.
  • Place wonton skins, cut into 5mm widths, and rapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry until browned while loosening with chopsticks. Remove to a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain the oil.
