MOA School is a free school that opened in April 2005 at Ohito Zuisenkyô (Land of Auspicious Spring) in Izunokuni City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The school is a regular member of the Japan youth’s Development Association, a corporation authorized by the Prime Minister, and have been designated as an “Excellent Certified School.”

　In an environment rich in nature, the school support as many young people as possible to regain their energy and embark on a new career path. To date, the school has accepted over 130 young people who are not attending school, or those who are unemployed.

　The school is individualized. After consultation, the school will set up a program tailored to each individual and work together to achieve their goals and become independent. Please feel free to contact us (free of charge).

【Example of program content】
Agricultural experience in the field, contact with animals (rabbits, etc.), biotope creation, work experience (store, restaurant), walking, playing in the river, experiencing nature at the sea or in the mountains, visiting museum of arts, etc.
