Healthy Gâteau Chocolate with Dates and Tofu for Adults

Dried dates are used in place of sugar for a natural, gentle sweetness. Tofu and almonds are used for the dough to add good protein and fat.

The sweets are perfect for adults who are a little concerned about their bodies. Choose your favorite flavor of chocolate, such as milk or dark chocolate.

Pointers from Rie

  • Compared to sugar, dates do not cause a sudden rise in blood sugar levels, and are rich in minerals such as magnesium, which is necessary for sugar metabolism, and potassium, which reduces swelling.
