We would like to express our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and everyone affected by the disaster in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024. We would also like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the disaster.
After the disaster, MOA International immediately set up a disaster response headquarters to confirm the safety of MOA members and other related parties living in the disaster area, as well as the status of the disaster, and to distribute relief supplies to the disaster victims in the community. We are committed to supporting the maintenance of physical and mental health through the Okada Health and Wellness Program.
In the future, we will continue to take into consideration the situation in the disaster area and discuss with officials from the government and other organizations to provide medical support through collaboration between the Wellness Center and the Healthy Life Networks and care through the Okada Health and Wellness Program, and to provide mental and emotional support of people at home and in the community. We will support self-care.
